On Friday July 9th from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. the Arts Council of Southeast Missouri and Cape Parks and Rec will be having a Free Pop Up Movie at the Shawnee Park Center. Bring out a blanket or a lawn chair and enjoy the movie on the soccer fields. Food trucks will also be there. The movie being shown is Little Rascals.
